What to include
Send the smallest useful report.
Recipes and ingredient edits
For saved recipes, ingredient edits, macro estimates, or container-fit notes, include the recipe name, serving size, and the screen where the issue appeared.
Freezer and texture logs
For freezer plans and texture logs, include the recipe, freeze state, ready time, texture result, and any next-adjustment note you expected to see.
Account and privacy
For account, sync, export, deletion, or privacy questions, email from the address connected to the Pint Prep account when possible.
App Review
Reviewer access stays in App Store Connect.
Pint Prep does not publish reviewer credentials in support pages, repository files, or screenshots. Test account details, if needed, belong only in App Store Connect review notes.
