Terms of Service
These terms cover Pint Prep accounts, recipe content, kitchen planning tools, public sharing, and launch access. They are written for the current V1 product surface.

Launch basics
What these terms mean in practice.
Your recipe content
You keep ownership of recipe notes, imports, edits, logs, and photos you add. You also need the rights to submit or publish that content.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pint Prep to copy protected recipes without permission, attack the service, scrape private data, or publish harmful or misleading content.
Agreement
By using Pint Prep, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms shown for a specific feature. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pint Prep may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Use accurate contact information so Pint Prep can support account, privacy, and safety requests.
Pint Prep may suspend or restrict accounts that abuse the service, risk other users, or violate these terms.
Recipe content and publishing
You retain rights to recipe drafts, saved recipes, ingredient notes, freezer plans, texture logs, photos, and other content you submit to Pint Prep.
You grant Pint Prep the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze, display, sync, and back up your content so the service can operate. If you publish a recipe, you authorize Pint Prep to display that public page until you unpublish it or the account is removed.
Acceptable use
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, including copied paid recipes, private community posts, or images owned by someone else without permission.
Do not use Pint Prep to upload unlawful content, bypass security, interfere with service operation, harvest private data, or misrepresent nutrition, allergen, or medical claims.
Nutrition and recipe guidance
Pint Prep nutrition data, macro estimates, recipe guidance, machine-fit checks, and calculator outputs are informational kitchen-planning aids, not medical, dietetic, or professional nutrition advice.
Review the Nutrition Disclaimer before relying on calculations, especially for allergies, medical conditions, therapeutic diets, children, pregnancy, or competition prep.
Launch access and service changes
During launch, Pint Prep may offer free product access. Future paid plans, subscriptions, marketplace features, or mobile app purchases may have separate payment terms before they apply.
Pint Prep can change, pause, or discontinue features as needed for reliability, security, product quality, or legal compliance.
Disclaimers and liability
Pint Prep is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. The service may contain errors, downtime, third-party provider issues, or nutrition-calculation differences.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pint Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
